On October 29, 2018, the Company completed the redemption of all of its outstanding 8.50% Senior Notes due 2020, in an aggregate principal amount of US$63.25 million. The Notes have been delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.

The Record Date(s) will be February 1, May 1, August 1, November 1, provided that if any record date is not a business day, then the record date will be the previous business day*, by default. The Payment Date(s) will be February 15, May 15, August 15, November 15, commencing August 15, 2015, through May 15, 2020, the last payment date.

*A business day means any calendar day on which the New York Stock Exchange is open for trading. If any record date is not a business day, then the record date will be the previous business day and if any payment date is not a business day, then the payment date will be the next business day.
